Why the question keeps getting asked
Because it has genuinely been "no" before. Tesla's referral programme is not a permanent fixture — it has been wound down and brought back more than once over the years, and it has been reshaped several times without being cancelled. That history is exactly why "is it still active?" is a sensible question rather than a paranoid one, and why any page answering it without a date is useless to you.

Read down the right-hand column and the pattern is clear: four of the five failures happen while the programme is perfectly active. So when someone reports "the referral doesn't work any more", the overwhelmingly likely explanation is one of these rows rather than a cancellation.
What a real cancellation would look like
Worth knowing so you can tell the difference. If Tesla ended the programme, the signal would be Tesla's own support page changing — not forum posts, not a comparison site's headline. Referral links would keep resolving, owners would stop seeing new referrals credited, and the reliable tell for a buyer would be the referral line simply never appearing in the order summary regardless of which valid link was used.
Until you see that on your own order, treat "the scheme has ended" claims the way you should treat "£1,000 off with this code" claims: as something to check rather than believe.
