Step 3: Confirm your 650 free Supercharging miles
UK programme verified: · figures re-checked against tesla.com/en_gb
The final check. Make sure the referral benefit shows before you pay, know when the miles arrive, and — once you own the car — how to share your own link.
Check the order summary before you pay
Before you confirm payment, look for the referral benefit line in your order summary — the free Supercharging miles. If it's there, you're set. If it isn't, stop: reopen your link from Step 1 and start a fresh configuration (see Step 2). The benefit cannot be added after the order is placed.
What you get: 650 free Supercharging miles
On a new Model 3 or Model Y, the UK referral adds roughly 650 miles of free Supercharging to your Tesla account — worth about £70–£100 in real charging. It is not an FSD trial (that's the US/Canada benefit) and not a flat £500. See the full £ breakdown →
When the miles arrive
After you take delivery, not at purchase. Allow a little time after handover for the miles to appear on your Tesla account. If they don't show, contact Tesla with your order details.
Now you're an owner: share your link
Once you own a Tesla, you can refer others and earn Tesla account credits (usable on Supercharging, some software upgrades and the Tesla Shop) when they take delivery — up to 10 referrals per calendar year, with Supercharging credits that generally expire around 12 months after they're granted. Find your link in the Tesla app → profile → Refer and Earn. To add it to our fair rotation, read the owner earn guide or contact us — we add codes as data only, never a page per code.
Is the UK scheme still active?
Yes, as of 13 July 2026. New Model 3 and Model Y orders qualify. Model S/X eligibility is changing and Cybertruck isn't sold in the UK. We re-check before each update, and the definitive test is your own order summary.
